Exchange and Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return the items purchased, you have 15 days after receipt to make the return. The return costs will be borne by you.
The return or exchange process must be initiated by the customer via email: ellabijupt@gmail.com, informing the order number and the reason for the return. After analyzing and confirming the information, Ella Biju ® will inform the next steps for the return.
The conditions for making the return are as follows:
- Articles with no signs of misuse;
- Return of the complete item, in its original packaging in perfect condition;
- Return Period: Up to the 15th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery.
The refund will be made by bank transfer , or by PayPal, for the value of the returned items within 15 days of receipt of the returned items.
In the event of unavailability of any item and/or stock shortage, the customer will be informed in order to proceed with the respective exchange or partial or total cancellation with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid. In this case, the refund will be made by discount coupon, bank transfer, or PayPal.
POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO ITEMS OR LOST ORDERS
Our orders are sent by CTT or other carriers. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers by email or SMS, if applicable.
Ella Biju® is not responsible for any damage to items during transportation.
Ella Biju® is not responsible for lost orders sent without the registration option (CTT Normal Mail, CTT Blue Mail or CTT Green Mail).
Notes:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or custom-made products;
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased during promotions or sales, except in cases of defects;
- In case of defective products, the customer must report the incident immediately via email: ellabijupt@gmail.com , and follow the instructions provided by EllaBiju.
